Tickets: A Ticketmaster account is required to utilize tickets; the email address or mobile number provided at the time of purchase must be the same email address or mobile number used for Ticketmaster account. Seating will be in the applicable seating levels (select seats in Section 307 for the Signature Experience Package and select seats in Section 206 for the VIP Experience Package).  Purchaser will be able to select seat section at the time of purchase, but will not receive their tickets until approximately 1 week before the applicable performance. All tickets purchased hereunder will be digital and must be presented via Sphere Account Manager for redemption at the venue.  Will call will not be available.

Certain Package Terms: Early access for purchasers of the VIP Experience Package tickets will be available 15 minutes prior to doors open for the general public at the designated VIP Entry.  VIP Entry for each package will be as identified by Sphere Entertainment. Must be 21 years or older and present a valid government-issued ID in order to consume and purchase alcohol. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks are offered at no charge in the lounge (for the VIP Experience Package); other alcoholic drinks may be purchased.  Lounge location for VIP Experience Package will be identified by Sphere Entertainment. Food and beverage credits will be applied to the applicable ticket as “loaded value” (i.e., loaded onto the digital ticket) and redeemable at concession stands and merchandise stands inside Sphere for Sphere-branded and/or The Wizard of Oz at Sphere merchandise, food and beverages only, as applicable.  Purchasers of VIP Experience Package tickets will be offered the ability to shop at a dedicated VIP merchandise stand in Sphere.  Each credit will be valid only during the event performance for which the applicable ticket is purchased.  Credit may not be used online.  Credits may not be applied to taxes or gratuities. No cash/credit back for unused credits; each credit expires at end of the applicable ticketed performance. Credit has no cash value; not redeemable for cash and cannot be substituted or transferred.  One credit per ticket.
